1 General Provisions

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 999 d will never ask for your password via email or mobile. Do not share your login details with any third party.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account or suspect unauthorized access, contact customer service immediately. You will be held responsible for any activity on your account by another person, unless you notify us within a reasonable time.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

999 d may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a National ID card, passport, payment method details, or proof of residence. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Each account may only be used by the account holder themselves. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or for another person's use is not permitted.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at 999 d can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted. The minimum deposit for all methods is ৳100.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or names are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Process

New members at 999 d receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit of ৳100 or more is required. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Misuse of bonuses, such as placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, will be considered a violation of the terms.
• 999 d reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Applicability of Promotional Offers

6 Game Rules

6.1 Games and Betting

All games available on 999 d are operated according to their own rules. The rules for each game can be found within the game or in the game provider's guidelines. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error during play, the bet amount placed in that round will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, match results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is abandoned due to rain or other reasons, the bet amount may be refunded, subject to specific rules.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension and Closure

999 d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violation.

9.2 Member Rights

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before account closure, unless another provision of the terms applies.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no transaction or login for an extended period. Contact customer service to reactivate an inactive account.

10 Limitation of Liability

999 d and its management team are not responsible for the following:

• Losses arising from a user's internet connection or device issues.
• Losses caused by service downtime due to technical errors or maintenance.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party services, payment gateways, or banks.
• Data loss resulting from cyberattacks or unauthorized access.
• A user's expectations regarding game outcomes not being met.

In the case of any claim, 999 d's liability is limited to the maximum amount the user spent on that specific transaction.
